As good as the wine, beer and food are at Schilling Bridge it is more about the “experience” that makes you want to spend some time there. It comes out looking rare and perfect of prime rib but it isn’t until you chew into it that you realize that it is so tender and full of flavor. You have to order it the day before, because Mike cooks it for 24 hours. On Saturday nights, they have their special 14 oz prime rib dinner. They only have a limited number of appetizers during the day. ![]() They serve meals in the evenings with sandwiches, burgers and pizzas. The wine is very good and I have tasted their beer and it is as good as their wine. In good weather, we love sitting on the patio with a good wine and appetizer. They have a wonderful tasting room and a beautiful party room. They have expanded into margaritas and other mixed drinks. It even has its own home brewed root beer. Schilling Bridge Winery and Microbrewery is one of our favorite places to spend a day.
